Reasons to become a host family with AIL Valencia:

1. Quick and stable occupancy: We have new room bookings every week.

2. Length of stay: Our students come to Valencia for a minimum of one week and can stay up to 32 weeks or more.

3. Your home, your rules: At AIL Valencia, we provide students with a set of rules and guidelines before their arrival to facilitate living together. Although tenants will adapt to your home dynamics, you are free to set your own rules, and we will adapt to them.

4. Secure and fast payments: We will pay you within the first 7 days after the student’s arrival, so you don’t have to incur excessive upfront costs.

5. No exclusivity commitment: You can collaborate with us without the need for exclusivity.

6. Flexibility in choosing tenants: You can decide whether you prefer to host minors, adults, or both. Although the majority of our demand comes from children between the ages of 14 and 17, we adapt to your preferences.

Requirements

To become a host family, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Have a suitable room: We personally verify that the apartment meets the necessary standards, including a bed (single or double), bedding, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a study lamp, and natural light in the room(s).

2. Housing location: It is an essential requirement for our students to ensure they have the best possible location; therefore, families will only be eligible if the location is no more than 40 minutes from the school.

3. Criminal background check: To access the program, a criminal background check will be required to ensure the greatest possible peace of mind for our students.
